The Psychology of Human Misjudment
A write up of a Charlie Munger (of Berkshire Hathaway fame) talk about human psychology. Interesting, but to be taken with a grain of salt (very much folk psychology). One thing that stood out was the importance of aligning incentives to the behaviour you want to achieve.
